|Recommended: YesHome sweet home — It has been a very long time since I just absolutely loved where I lived and now I do - From my very first inquiry and Kiki's response I was excited to come and check the place out. And let me tell you, from the very first visit until my final maintenance request was filled i have been nothing but impressed. Speaking of maintenence. They even install your tv for you and both Blake and George were so nice and friendly but most importantly, helpful and made sure my apartment was in perfect shape. The process of moving in was so simple and easy going that the normal dread of moving was wiped away and I actually enjoyed it and that is because of the ladies in the office. First off, Kiki is just amazing and such a pleasure to work with and man is she on her game She was training another lady, Diana and she too was impressive. This place is a 5 star place in every way and I couldn't be happier to call it my home sweet home

|Recommended: YesLove Living — This apartment complex is a beautiful place to live. Wouldn't want to rent anywhere else. The only downside I have in my apartment is the size of the laundry space, its too small and only fits the appliances. However, I love everything else about it, including the built-in electric fireplace, the large balcony, and the spacious bedrooms. Love living here.

|Recommended: YesParking and grounds — On occasions there are animal heces in the grass and at night when you get home from work around 11 pm there is no parking and there is no security, the entrance is always open
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We apologize for any inconvenience you’ve experienced. We will submit a work order to have the grounds cleaned and continue to enforce our pet policies. Please let us know if you notice any issues in the future, as we do charge fines to pet owners who do not pick up after their pets.
Additionally, while we do not advertise full-time security services, we do have an on-site courtesy officer should you ever experience any issues.

|Recommended: YesLOVE IT HERE — This is one of the best apartments you will come across. Very neat and clean, quiet and peaceful, super sweet ladies in the office, lower rent than other apartments, and the quality of these apartments are so amazing for price I left here and moved to the beach side once. Huge mistake, the prices were higher and that particular luxury apartment complex on the beach side didn't even compare. I had to move back.
